LPKM provides aid in the field of law for the poor people, in order to protect the rights of the marginalized

Areas of services
Help bringing justice in various fields, includes :
1. Labor problems
2. Domestic Violence
3. Traffic Accident
4. Crime Victims

Criteria of people who can receive aid from LPKM
Victim (includes them who face a false accusation / defamation) according to the predefined decision, who cannot afford to take any legal action which is protected by law

Requirement for applying assistance from LPKM
Documents needed for applying legal aid :
1.Certificate to prove he/she is not capable issued by local sub-district
2.Copy of the last 3 month paycheck
3.Copy of payment of electricity bills
4.Copy of ID card

* We will consider the case based on existing regulations and will decide to give assistance service or not
